With preventive maintenance we are trying to counter future problems. With a maintenance contract, you are guaranteed of 24/7 standby technicians for service and a loan

Below is a brief summary of the method of Scala Scientific regarding maintenance and service:

  • Maintenance is carried out according to checklist
  • Of any maintenance you receive a (digital) fully completed checklist for the benefit of your records
  • Each year the contract is automatically extended
  • Annual written confirmation of the automatic renewal
  • Upon completion of a maintenance contract you are entitled to 24-hour service on the equipment for which the contract applies
  • Annual statement after the execution of the maintenance
  • Repairs resulting from the maintenance will be discussed in advance with you as well as possibly to use and / or replace parts
  • The cost of repairs and resulting / or replace parts of maintenance are not included in the maintenance contract.
  • Maintenance and repairs are done following the guidelines of STEK
